We’re super proud and excited to announce that we were recently given 3 special awards! As part of the MYOB Market Awards, we were encouraged to get our customers voting for their favourite Market Trader across all the markets across all the different categories highlighting excellent customer service and retail concepts (South Melbourne Market, Prahran Market, Dandenong Market and Queen Victoria Market).

Our customers spoke and we won the below awards. Then a team of expert Judges mystery shopped our shop and gave us a score based on their experience. We won 145 out of 150 points!

We’re really humbled by this response to our shop at SO:ME Space…. its so great to be acknowledged by our customers AND expert judges.

We’d like to thank MYOB, South Melbourne Market for supporting us from our initial pop up to then having a semi-permanent shop to then expanding and taking on a bigger permanent shop and to our ace staff to make our  customer experience a memorable and positive one!

We are super excited to be involved in the very first One Fine Baby event run by the clever crew behind One Fine Day Wedding fairs. This boutique children's event is going to be supercool. With a petting zoo, visits from Peppa Pig, shopping, kids fashion, interior inspiration, bat mobile, kids cafe, jumping castles, craft corner and fun entertainment....

We will be bringing all things baby and child to our little emporium pop up including balloons, books, baby journals, kids bedding, wall hooks, baby blankets, cushions, games, onesies, kids decor for rooms etc.

It's officially open SuperCool fans! We have finally launched our very first flagship shop - TheSuperCool Fitzroy Emporium. We've still got a few bits and pieces to do so its a soft launch for now... but we're rapt to be open and sharing our very special shop with you all. We fell in love with this heritage listed building when we saw it... the arch, the exposed brick, the polished concrete, the windows letting the sunlight in... amazing. We were lucky to negotiate a great deal with our extremely supportive landlords who are really invested in seeing us succeed! We have to thank our great builders; Twelve Nails for their patience and quick turnaround... our family for helping paint, clean, screw in, lacquer, sand and move stock and furniture... and our SuperCool staff for their patience and support as we put this togethor. And to our SuperCool ambassador Lola for being patient and playing, sleeping and generally giving us good luck as we built and merchandised the shop. Stay tuned as we unveil some exciting new plans for the back rooms of the shop including some great pop up's and a cafe! It's onwards and upwards for us!

We have some exciting news - we're opening our first Permanent shop in Fitzroy; location to be announced! More details to follow, but in April, you'll hear more from us!

As a result, our semi-permanent pop up at Westfield Doncaster is finishing up this Sunday 2 March. It's been a great 7 months and we'll be sad to leave, but all pop up's must come to an end!
