As we have limited editions of every item we buy, we are only able to offer exchanges if you change your mind or decide this piece is not what you wanted. We only offer returns if the item is faulty.

Please note we DO NOT exchange for:

* Books or Magazines

* Jewellery 

* Sale Items 

* Kids Swimwear


*Our exchange terms are 30 days from date of purchase.  Items need to be in perfect condition, tags intact and proof of purchase is required. Management have the right to refuse exchanges if the product is not deemed in good condition. 

* Credit notes are valid from 6 months from date of purchase. 

* Gift Vouchers remain valid for 12 months. 


Here's what to do if you want to exchange...

1. Email us here. 

2. Send the product back within 30 business days of receiving it. We have a seperate warehouse address for these types of things than the store address so please note this below!

Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.

4. All postage costs for returning the exchanged item are the customers responsibility to pay.

5. Once we've received it and noted the condition is the same as what it was sent, we'll email you to let you know.

6. You can go shopping again online to choose something to the same or greater value and the postage costs to resend the item are the customers responsibility to pay.

7. You must exchange your item within 1 month of the purchase date (this is for online only) 

PLEASE NOTE if we receive the goods and they are not in the condition we sent them, we won't be able to exchange them. So please look after your SUPERCOOL product and take care in sending it back.
